Client Enquiry and Assessment Form

We offer therapy sessions online via a secure video link. To help us understand your needs and ensure the right fit, please complete our enquiry form with as much relevant information as possible. Our Lead Psychologist will review your enquiry, and if we feel we can offer appropriate support, we will contact you via email to arrange a brief telephone triage call.

Please note that availability is limited, and waiting lists may apply.

Disclaimer: We do not offer emergency or crisis support and are not able to support clients who actively suicidal. If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or need urgent help, please contact NHS 111 or your nearest emergency service for immediate support.

What happens after you enquire

1. All enquiries begin with a brief triage call with one of our clinical team. This allows us to understand your needs, check safety, and ensure we match you with the most appropriate clinician.

2. Following the triage call, your information is reviewed by our Clinical Director, who will decide on next steps. This may include scheduling the first session, being added to a waitlist, or signposting to alternative support where appropriate. This process helps us provide thoughtful, ethical, and well-matched care from the outset.

3. The whole process may taken between 2 to 7 days. Please check your spam folder for any missed communication in case you don’t hear from us within 2 working days.

Specialist Services

For clients interested in a more focused and immersive way of working, Raisa offers intensive-style therapy. This approach allows for deeper exploration and momentum within a contained period of time. You can learn more about this way of working  here.

Outreach and Community Wellness

We donate a percentage of your session fees towards our chosen charity, Nanhi Kali (or ‘little bud’) that aims to provide educational support to underprivileged girls in India.

We have also chosen to support Tree Nation to help stop deforestation, fight climate change and support local communities across the world.
