Intensives usually start at 90 mins and can be in blocks of 3-4 sessions across 2-6 weeks. Each intensive is fully tailored to your needs, allowing for a personalised approach that supports healing, and meaningful progress.

Therapy Intensives involve extended, structured sessions that follow the standard eight-phase EMDR protocol.

Work includes history taking and preparation, identification of treatment targets, bilateral stimulation to support memory reprocessing, installation of adaptive beliefs, body scan, and closure.

Sessions are carefully paced, with ongoing assessment of nervous system regulation and integration throughout.

Our EMDR intensive packages range from £900 - £1500, depending on the type of package, format and number of sessions.

The value of an intensive is equivalent to multiple weeks of therapy/coaching, due to the focused & accelerated nature of intensive work. Intensives held over the weekend may have different rates. Returning or existing clients have different rates.

Session are offered both online and in person in London, providing flexibility to suit your needs.
