We are a London-based specialist psychological clinic providing evidence-based care for adults, couples, and families. Our work focuses on trauma-related, emotional, and relational difficulties, with particular expertise in EMDR and trauma-informed interventions.

Services are delivered within a consultant-led framework, with care provided either directly by the consultant or by senior associate clinicians working under clear clinical governance.

We accept referrals from healthcare professionals, solicitors, occupational health services, and self-referrals.

Clinical Model

Our model prioritises:

  • Appropriateness and proportionality of care

  • Thorough assessment prior to treatment

  • Clear formulation and treatment planning

  • Ongoing clinical oversight

All specialist interventions, including EMDR intensives and assessments, are offered following a consultant-led assessment to determine suitability and risk.

Where a particular intervention is not indicated, alternative recommendations are made.
