Standard therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes. Assessment sessions may vary in length depending on the type of evaluation.

Yes. Confidentiality is a core part of psychological practice. There are limited legal and ethical exceptions, which your psychologist will explain during your first session.

Session are offered both online and in person in London, providing flexibility to suit your needs. Our practice is registered with several major insurance providers, including AXA, AVIVA, Cigna, WPA, and BUPA.
You may be able to use your insurance to cover part or all of your therapy costs. If you have any questions about using insurance or need guidance on the process, please get in touch.

Outreach and Community Wellness
We donate a percentage of your session fees towards our chosen charity, Nanhi Kali (or ‘little bud’) that aims to provide educational support to underprivileged girls in India.
