About Dr Oza

Dr. Komal Oza is a Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist who provides flexible, evidence-based therapy to support clients in managing their wellbeing around the demands of daily life. She has extensive experience across a range of difficulties, with particular expertise in complex trauma, as well as working with OCD, anxiety, low self-esteem, and perinatal mental health.

Dr. Oza is committed to delivering therapy that aligns with each client’s values and lived experiences, integrating cultural, religious, and systemic factors into her approach. Her work is grounded in creating a safe, validating therapeutic space where clients can explore their goals and build lasting change.

While Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) forms the foundation of her practice, Dr. Oza also draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and trauma-informed principles. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals affected by complex PTSD and long-term health conditions that impact emotional wellbeing.
