Break free from unhealthy patterns

How do you know if therapy is the right step for you?

You’re feeling trapped and uncertain about your next steps..

You’re navigating through a period of transition and feeling overwhelmed..

You’re torn between honouring family traditions and staying true to your personal values…

You may be seeking to break free from unhealthy patterns of attachment..

You’re committed to breaking the cycle of generational trauma..

You consider yourself a ‘cycle breaker’.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Hello, I’m Raisa.

It’s difficult to find a qualified therapist, who grasps the intricacies of South Asian cultural nuances and family dynamics, and can provide therapy that honours and respects those cultural backgrounds.

I understand this, and I’m here to help you.

If you're seeking to break free from unhealthy attachment patterns and committed to breaking the cycle of generational trauma - I see you. If you consider yourself a 'cycle-breaker' - we'd be a great fit!

I have a particular interest in working with the South Asian community (this includes individuals and couples from an Indian, Bangladeshi, Nepalese, Pakistani, and Sri Lankan background, among others).

I work primarily with South Asians who are at pivotal points in their lives. A lot of people who come to me are ‘cycle-breakers’. Those who take it into their hands to break the cycle of generational trauma.

At my practice, I understand the unique cultural and personal dynamics that South Asians face. Whether you're amid a career advancement, personal growth journey, or simply seeking support for your mental health and well-being, I’m here to help.

Together, we can work towards healing, growth, and resilience, empowering you to stop the cycle and create a more authentic life using proven, scientific, and evidence-based techniques.
