Getting started
Initial Call
A member of our team will contact you to understand what you’re looking for and answer any questions. Every enquiry is reviewed by our Clinical Director to ensure the support offered is appropriate for your needs.
Clinician Match
Using the information you share, we’ll recommend a clinician who is well suited to you. If you decide to proceed, we’ll send a short welcome pack with a few brief questionnaires to complete before your first session.
Begin Therapy
You’ll meet with your clinician and agree together on the focus, approach, and pace of therapy. You can choose a defined number of sessions or keep things open-ended, depending on what feels right for you.
If you’re looking to explore your experiences through a culturally sensitive lens, tap into your resilience and turn your adversity into strength, you’re in the right place.
Whatever label you’ve been given, depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD - it doesn’t define you.
Specialisations
Depression and Self Esteem
You appear to have it all together - managing work, family, and daily responsibilities. But inside, you feel drained, disconnected, or stuck in autopilot. If you're struggling to find joy or ease, you're not alone. Support is available, and change is possible
High-functioning Anxiety
You’re high-functioning, yet anxiety follows you everywhere - racing thoughts, constant tension, and a sense of being on edge. On the outside, you’re managing well; inside, it’s a different story. Anxiety is treatable. With the right support, you can regain calm, clarity, and control.
OCD and Perfectionism
You may find yourself stuck in repetitive thoughts or rituals, trying to feel “just right” or avoid imagined threats. On the outside, you’re functioning - but inside, OCD is exhausting. You don’t have to stay trapped in these cycles. Effective treatment can help you find freedom.
Attachment Trauma
If early relationships left you feeling unsafe, unseen, or unworthy, that pain can show up as trust issues, emotional disconnection, or fear of intimacy. You may long for closeness but feel overwhelmed. With the right support, you can build safer, healthier connections - starting with yourself.
Addiction and Codependency
Addiction is not simply about substance use or compulsive behaviour. It is a multi-layered coping response, often rooted in pain, trauma, shame, and unmet emotional needs. I help clients understand the real function of addiction and create sustainable pathways toward recovery and relational repair.
Intergenerational Trauma
You may carry pain that didn’t start with you - patterns of fear, disconnection, or emotional struggle passed down through generations. Even if your life looks stable, that inherited weight can feel overwhelming. With the right support, you can break the cycle and create a new path forward
We provide psychological support that centres compassion and cultural awareness for individuals from racially and culturally diverse communities.
Virtual Therapy: Heal from the comfort of your home
Finding time for therapy in a busy life can feel overwhelming. That’s why we offer online therapy, designed to fit naturally into your schedule and make accessing support simple and stress-free.
Imagine starting a session from your own space - perhaps curled up with a cup of tea, your favourite blanket nearby, or your pet keeping you company.
Many people feel more at ease and open when they’re in a familiar, comfortable environment, away from the pressures of commuting or waiting rooms.
Online therapy delivers the same benefits as in-person sessions, with added flexibility and convenience. You can focus fully on your healing, save travel time, and enjoy a private, secure space to explore your thoughts and feelings. All sessions are conducted through a safe, encrypted platform to ensure confidentiality and peace of mind.
Therapy Approaches
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based psychological treatment that helps individuals identify and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour. CBT is commonly used to treat anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, anger management, PTSD, OCD, phobias, eating disorders, and more.
-
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, evidence-based psychotherapy developed to help individuals process and recover from traumatic experiences and distressing memories. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation such as guided eye movements to help the brain reprocess unresolved memories, reducing their emotional impact.
-
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples is the gold standard in evidence-based couples counselling. Grounded in attachment theory, EFT helps partners identify and break negative cycles, deepen emotional connection, and create more secure, resilient relationships. It is particularly effective for couples facing communication issues, emotional disconnection, or relationship distress.
-
ACT is an evidence-based therapy that blends mindfulness with practical tools to help you navigate emotional pain without being overwhelmed by it. Rooted in both Western science and Eastern wisdom, ACT supports you in unhooking from unhelpful thoughts and reconnecting with what truly matters.
