Supportive Coaching & General Psychotherapy:
Affordable, low- cost therapeutic support
Therapy offers a confidential, reflective space to explore what you’re feeling, understand what’s beneath it, and develop tools to help you move forward. Whether you’re navigating difficult emotions, family dynamics, or just feeling stuck, you’ll be met with care, psychological insight, and guidance.
All therapy sessions are delivered by Masters-level qualified Psychology graduates — experienced Assistant Psychologists working under the direct clinical supervision of a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist. This means you’re accessing skilled, professional support grounded in clinical practice — without the high costs usually associated with private therapy.
You might be feeling low, stuck in your head, and unsure who to talk to — especially when therapy feels too expensive or out of reach right now.
Maybe you’re carrying the weight of family expectations, relationship stress, or just a constant sense of anxiety — but finding the time, money, or energy for therapy hasn’t felt possible.
You might be in that in-between stage of life — figuring out your career, navigating independence, handling pressure from home — and wondering if you’re supposed to just get through it on your own.
It can feel like therapy is a luxury you can’t afford — especially when you’re still studying, just starting your career, or managing family responsibilities.
Maybe you’ve been thinking about getting help, but private therapy feels financially out of reach — and yet, you know something needs to shift.
This is where supportive coaching and generalist therapy comes in.
When life feels overwhelming - whether it’s low mood, anxiety, family pressures, or relationship challenges -having a space to talk things through with a trained professional can make a real difference.

FAQs about therapy

-
Therapy is a clinical process that focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, healing past trauma, and improving psychological functioning. Coaching, on the other hand, focuses on present goals, personal growth, and future-oriented strategies. Coaches do not treat mental health disorders.
-
If you're struggling with persistent emotional pain, trauma, depression, anxiety, or relationship patterns that feel stuck, therapy is appropriate. If you're generally functioning well but feel stuck on specific goals or habits, coaching might help.
